American Experience Covers Reagan’s Legacy

The Fall season at its best is about great competition for television viewing. And yes, we’ll be mostly watching Heroes tonight - we’re hooked on the new villains - but we’re holding out hope that coverage of Ronald Reagan’s legacy on the American Experience on PBS will remind us of some of the worst abuses of presidential authority (Iran-Contra) and prepare us better as we tune in to Thursday night’s vice-presidential debate.
